                        High-Performance Polishing (HPT)<\/strong><\/p>

                        The HPT process is based on the principle of vibratory finishing. The parts are smoothed by abrasive additives that flow over their surface due to the action of vibration. <\/p>

                        Specially patented copper chips are used as abrasives. The vibration occurs in a spring-suspended tank, driven by an electric motor. The HPT process achieves a surface finish of up to Ra 0.05 microns. <\/p>

                        The main feature of HPT is that no chemicals are used in the polishing process.<\/p>

                                  There are many machines on the market that are being taken out of service and are available for use elsewhere. Many of these units are still in good condition, having been in operation for only a relatively short time. <\/p>

                                  Using used machinery offers two major advantages for the customer:<\/p>

                                  • Cost savings; the cost of a fully refurbished machine does not exceed 50% of the cost of a new unit, which translates to significant savings for the company’s budget.<\/li>
                                  • Faster delivery; used machinery allows for relatively quick delivery. As a result, the time required to commission the plant is also reduced. <\/li><\/ul>
